The newest Brisbane City Council report on Food Safety in Brisbane is out and reveals Brisbane’s hot spots for dirty dining. The report details three areas:

• * Overall Public Health Complaints

• * Incidents of food poisoning

• * Restaurant Hygiene

While food poisoning incidents are difficult to prove, general restaurant hygiene covers everything from rats to unwashed hands, to poor cleaning practices. The Grot!

Premises Hygiene Issues Set to Intensify
