Where to get a decent haircut that won’t cost $100?

I moved from the Gold Coast just over a year ago and haven’t been able to find a hairdresser that’s affordable (would like to spend no more than 60$) and skilled. Does anyone have suggestions? I’m male with hair just longer than chin length.
