How does free sound? I’m an avid hunter and outdoorsman, so as seasons come and go, fresh food from the woods and my garden hit the table. All it costs is sweat and patience.
Little Caesar’s italian cheese bread and anything from woodstock pizza. Ate at both of those places at least four times a week combined for years. No matter how much money I make I’ll always go back. They have imprinted my stomach lol.
Instant ramen
Just pasta all day
Peanut butter, banana and honey sandwich.
Still eat it to this day, and much better than a PB&J IMO.
Kraft mac and cheese
PBJ sandwich, chips and some veg.
It’s simple and easy to make. If I get a personal chef rich, I wouldn’t have him make me that.
Spaghetti. Also cereal.
Beans on toast. Actually scratch that I’ll go with a pbj.
Teriyaki chicken and rice. (All easy and cheap to make from scratch)
And as a bonus –
Salami mustard sandwiches (mustard, bread, salami, that’s it)

Chilli hot dogs
Honestly I love Nissin teriyaki beef chow mein. Its an instant ramen pretty much for those who dont know or haven’t had it. But its great.
rice+lentil cooked together with onions and beacon. It’s just so balanced.
Fish finger sandwich with tomato sauce.
I don’t have it much now ,maybe once a month but when I do I get the a real sense of contentment , and I’ve enjoyed them since I was a child.
eggy fried rice..Throw in whatever left over meat you have too
Peanut Butter and Mayo
It’s a old southern staple that is calorie dense so it’s a great cheap meal.
Also…plain rice with a little melted butter and salt
Hot dogs mixed with mac n cheese
Pasta, tuna & mayo was my go to when I lived on my own and was broke in my early twenties

Stuffed peppers.
Lentils.
Fried rice and pasta. Easy and fast to prepare, affordable at any price range and filling.
Grilled cheese. The cheap white bread and american cheese is delicious but there are so many ways to spruce it up and make it fancy or unique.
Corn Dogs. Lol
Crisp sandwich.
McDon’s McChicken. Ride or die, baby
