  1. Daily exercise – it takes discipline to make it a habit, but once it became part of my routine not only do I feel physically better, my “low” days aren’t s as bad because I can fall back on knowing at least I exercised

  2. First I got rid of my bad habits ( Smoking, drinking heavy)

Then I put more time into my good habits like fitness, preparing lunch instead of buying, sleeping well, and trying out new things.

I got rid of every social media except brisbane, and snapchat (need it for tinder).

    Life’s been pretty good.

  3. Getting a 45 to 60 minute workout in after finishing 12hr nights. Gym on the way home. Powerlifting and some rowing machine cardio. I don’t get to sleep much later than I would if I came in and crashed on the sofa.

Quality of sleep is far better and energy levels are way up after.

Helps with both mental and physical discipline.

  4. Regular exercise. I have a rule of at least 40 minutes a day. Even if it’s walking up round the park.

Eat at least 7-10 sorts of vegetables and fruit a day every day.

    Stretch lots
