Seems like it depends from person to person, I’m 35 now and am I just now starting to notice a lower libido. Honestly felt like it was even higher in my 20’s than in my teens
Yeah I would say I was the horniest as a teenager. I used to masturbate a lot more than now and I used to think about sex more often.
I’m 38 and as horny as I’ve ever been. It’s more focused now, generally on the people I’m involved with. But my libido hasn’t changed much since my teens.

Yeah 17-21 was crazy for me, slowed down a lot now 22-25, still think about it but not all the time

Judging by the answers in this thread it seems highly individual. For me personally it was my late teens, 17-19 or so. Dropped like a cliff after 20.

late 20s/early 30s, a guy’s libido tends to cool off a bit. it’s still there but doesn’t dominate the mind like it can at younger ages.

Libido is frequently a mental thing so it could just be whatever at any age. Hormones do make a difference but your state if mind is the major deciding factor. There are plenty of horny old bastards (and cougars) in the world.
I was probably most horny around 15, though I’m not in my 20s yet so it might go back up. That’s when I thought shoving stuff up my ass was a good idea.
