Who we want
We are searching for passionate and confident sales-person who wants to learn and take part in a specialised sales system. We want someone who is laser-focused, charismatic, and has aspirations to become a great sales-person. The successful applicant will be trained within our own successful and structured Sales System. Experience and confidence in using the phone is highly regarded – this is SALES – you’re going to have to talk to people!
This role will also be responsible for providing sales support to the primary sales leaders within TIP, by booking leads directly into the sales system for conversion. There is also a comprehensive marketing machine that helps to qualify enquiry, ready for conversion. This is a very well rounded sales machine that’s looking for the best. Is that you?
⇒ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES are…
Prospecting and nurturing leads from a various number of platforms; and
‘Warm-calling’ subscribers & interested professionals who know the brand; and
Qualifying genuine warm leads from both the marketing and external funnels; and
Reporting on daily KPI’s – the numbers will speak!
Are you the right fit?
You are coachable and open to learning a proven sales system;
You are comfortable being on the phone and helping determine if a person is a fit, or a no-fit for the TIP strategy;
You have a mindset around success.
University or Higher Education is a benefit but not necessary.
This position will be a full-time and in-house salesperson (currently WFH due to COVID-19)
Remuneration will be a base salary + commission with opportunity for bonuses and career growth.
