Nursing in QLD

So I’m looking to move to QLD from SA in June (either Brisbane or Gold Coast), I’m an RN with three years experience in emergency and would preferably continue in ED, I’ve been working in a smaller (think 30 beds) but still busy ED here but looking for something a bit more acute. Hoping someone might be able to answer a few questions I have.

In SA our private hospital ED’s are pretty small and not very acute, is it a similar situaltion there?

Is there any metro hospitals that are well known for burn out/high staff turnover?

Is there any ED’s that have a good mixture of paediatric/adult patients? I love working with kids but don’t want to work with kids everyday either.

Any other comments or helpful tips would be very much appreciated!
