  1. I try to redirect myself from ever getting to that point. I know the types of things that set my brain off. I just avoid them, or be aware it’s happening and control the flow of it to like… diffuse it.

  2. Sounds like you need healthy outlets. I’m rarely angry, but when I am, I tend to focus it on exercise. My last time being furious, I ended up running more miles in one go than I ever had before. Nowadays, I play sports and work out regularly, and that helps a lot towards managing my temper.
