How do I get rid of my man tits and chest definition?

My main concern is droopy tits, I’m not fat but I’m far from defined my biggest insecurity is the man tits. I’ve been at the gym for a month now working on everything but what exercises in particular would I need to do to rid me of my tah tahs?

  1. Eat less. Doesn’t matter what you ate before, doesn’t matter what you eat now… Just eat less calories. It’s a lot harder to burn calories than not eat them in the first place.

  2. It might not be an issue of muscle and training; you may need to lose weight. Localized gains won’t look great if they’re still covered with a layer of body fat.

  3. How old are you? Are the “tits” recent or old? If it is gymnecomasty that you have, it depends on the specific case. If you have it since you were young, it probably isn’t something that serious and can be corrected by a good plastic surgeon and even hidden with muscles and a low fat percentage. But what I really wanted to tell you is that if you got gymnecomasty recently, I strongly recommend to talk with your doctor about it just to make sure there is nothing wrong going on with your body right now. Specially if you are middle aged to old and use alcohol frequently, had steatosis or chronic hepatitis.

  4. Off topic but just so you know, there’s a lot of people out there who don’t think your man tits are anything to be insecure about. By all means, pursue you dream bod and live your best life. Just wanted to remind you that you’re valuable even when parts of your body bug you.

    Also, You might consider researching a full body weight training program and establishing a healthy diet. In my experience, focusing on a single part of the body is a mistake. If you want to reduce your man boobs, I would focus on full body weight training trusting that your chest will improve faster that way than if you were to try to spot train your chest.

    If you have no experience weight training, befriend a (healthy) gym rat, or hire a PT just for long enough that you can figure out how to safely train. In general, eat clean, split your workouts between upper and lower body and give each muscle group a day to rest before working it out again, do a bit of cardio every day. Most people can achieve a transformation with as little as 45 minutes of working out each day. I’m not a personal trainer but I am a former fat person. So, that’s what worked for me. Sorry im not a man I shouldnt be posting here but I just thought maybe it could help.

  5. any variation of bench press especially decline as it works the loser chest where you get a defined yet round look with your lower pecs; dumbbell flyes, cable flyes, push ups, etc.

  6. To burn fat I would recommend extended cardio like long distance running (at least 3 miles), what works for me is playing a sport like soccer or ultimate frisbee, it’s a solid hour or more of peak cardio.

  7. First you need to drop your body fat to around 20-25, then you will start to get muscle definition. Before that youll be clearly big, but itll be harder to tell if its muscle or fat. So at the beginning stop worrying about end goals and just learn yo enjoy the exersizing and getting better with the moves and machines in there (also youtube can help a lot)

  8. Take a photo of yourself and date it. Look at it and be honest about what you want to change and why. Sign up for a meal service so you get around 1600-1700 calories a day. Download Shred. Start going to the gym 3 days a week but go for a one hour walk a day even on the days you workout. After a month switch to a 5 day split. Different muscle group every day. Start rowing or assault bike for warm up. Stop drinking so many beers. Each month take a photo same lighting same time a day like the original. Your sloppy man tits will start to look like pecs.
