No, I don’t enjoy it more. But there are aspects of it that are better than most sexual encounters. For example: I don’t have to impress anyone or worry about performance; MY pleasure is the sole focus for once; I can indulge in whatever arouses me most without having to explain, negotiate or worry about feelings; I give myself better handjobs than 100% of the women I’ve been with. Sex is great. But I don’t think most women appreciate how much work it can be for a guy.
They are 2 different things for me. Both meet their own need. So I don’t put 1 over the other.

Porn and masturbation are a necessity if not with anyone. My OCD makes casual sex pretty much a no-go so I might go for a bit between relationships and there is definitely something to the idea that occasionally you must ejaculate to get the brain back to normal. Sex on the other hand is a lot more than just having an orgasm for me. It is a huge turn-on to help someone else get off and well… you can’t go down on the screen when watching porn and that is one of my favorite things to do.

They make really shitty substitutes for each other. If I’m in a relationship and decide to rub one out, the other option isn’t sex it’s nothing. If I was up for sex I’d go make a move. If I want sex and can’t, rubbing one out is about as satisfying as eating “beef” ramen when you’re craving a steak. They just don’t swap or compare like that.
